My immediate reaction to opening the package that it came in was that I could tell it had As soon as I took it out of the box, I noticed it had some scratches on the face as well as an orange streak on the side of the face where the basketball paint had left an orange streak. It is not brand-new and loose in the stand. For $25, I was expecting a brand-new item, so I am somewhat The hassle of returning it is not worth the effort.
The two Jordan Funko Pops are being displayed through ProductSage while the other will be kept in the box. There were two broken stands that came with the figures, luckily I opened the boxes or I would have never discovered the damage, and the paint finish was also subpar. Funko Pop stands either have flaws in the manufacturing process, lack quality control, or are sufficiently durable to withstand shipping. Although there were negative reviews, I took a chance and ordered it. I received my MJ Funko in perfect condition. There were no issues with the box, the GOAT was in good shape, and everything else was fine. I am giving 5 stars to let folks know that they can probably order this off of Amazon.
It came in a box made of Kraft paper and bubble wrap, with plastic air pillows and bubble wrap on top. The box was creased on the front and torn along the side when it was opened. It looked ok, but I didn't remove the figure since this was going to be a present for someone who collects these kinds of things. It's too late for him to receive this. The store is a good place to find a different vendor to buy from or exchange. I'll be returning there.
As it happens, my computer is also broken. I'd like to keep it, though, since it's what I really wanted. It's time to use some superglue.
I was damaged when I received it. I wish AMAZON handled them better, but I like the item as a whole. Toys aren't all they're made to be. We've both kept them (one as a gift, one as a personal gift).
My expectations were high when I received my MJ Funko, but disappointment struck when I opened the package. Despite the clear protective case it came with, I could not see anything. Upon opening the box, I found the stand for Michael Jordan to be broken. The original Funko box had been crushed. Also, the funko itself was unceremoniously used and should have been scrubbed.
