The product is good, but the service could be better

It was great customer service, even though I didn't receive the item I ordered originally. The plaque I had requested was actually sent to me after I contacted Designed the plaque showing the Alabama dynasty. Finished the project in time to receive the plaque in time for Ivy League season. I received a plaque from the 2017 championship showing ONLY that. The rip-off is complete and there is no true advertisement. I would have given it 0 stars if I could.

It comes in two versions. This is a great product. It comes in two versions. It was supposed to have the pictures from the current championship, but was instead given the one with the pictures from the five individual championships. As far as I could tell, I was unable to select a particular one. You just have to work with what is here.
