Questions & Answers
This baseball is intended to be used as a memorabilia piece to display or save for autographs, but if properly cared for, it could be used for practice on occasion. However, it won't last as long as a standard Rawlings practice ball for a 9-year-old. Thanks!
This is the "OLB3" ball, not the one used in Major League Baseball. Costa Rica produces authentic MLB baseballs. China is the country of origin for this one. The rolled flat seam stitches on true MLB baseballs are 216 single stitches (or 108 double stitches). There are 176 single and 88 double normal (non-flat seam) stitches on this one. Full grain leather is used on genuine MLB baseballs. This isn't the same as a real Major League Baseball game. No, it isn't suitable for autographs because all of the "sweet spots" have writing or logos. Sharpies also have a hard time sticking to synthetic surfaces. If you want to sign autographs, only use ballpoint pens.
There is no display case included with the Rawlings "Official MLB Team Logo Baseball." Only an unofficial baseball bearing the "Official Team Logo" is included. It appears that shopping necessitates being a lawyer.
Unknown, but keep in mind that due to the trademark logo on the sweet spot, these aren't suitable for autographs.

Bought these for an autograph and had an extra, so we use it to throw around the yard with, it's a nice ball, came protected in plastic wrap, plain good ole ball, I mean really, what can I say, I guess I could say something poetic like "The Snowy Field of Artic White is interrupted by the Crimson zipper like precision of the stitching which is fashioned in an infinity loop pattern that is a never ending barrier to the signatures, stamps, certifications, and But who am I kidding, it's a baseball! br>br>But who am I kidding? br>br>As always, if you enjoyed my review, please click Helpful to help our Wounded Veterans group obtain the supplies and equipment they require to recover. The ball is fine for display, but I gave it three stars because it claims to be an official MLB baseball. The basbleball's cover is made of a low-cost synthetic plastic. It doesn't have the same feel as a traditional baseball. br>Apart from that, it's an attractive souvenir display piece.
I'd buy it again because it's a well-made, licensed, and logo official ball that'd look great in a man cave or for any other SOX fan!.
I bought three (3) baseballs with the logo of the St. Louis Cardinals. I took them to spring training with the Cardinals in Jupiter, Florida. My goal was to get autographs from the Cardinal baseball players who were in attendance. I was able to get two (2) autographs from the players. These baseballs were exactly what I was looking for in terms of autographs and were exactly as described on Amazon.
It's no longer just for games! This was purchased to use as a roller ball under my feet to relieve tightness and foot pain. A tennis ball wasn't firm enough for me. It has a nice appearance and performs admirably. Rolling it over sore calf muscles and pretty much anything else that hurts is also effective!.
That's right, it's a one-of-a-kind toy. I'm not going to go out and play ball with it or anything like that. I just wanted it for my desk to show some Red Sox pride, toss it in the air a little when I need to think, and that's all it'll do. But man, this has to be the cheapest ball ever made! There are clumps everywhere.
I did, however, use it for a Cubs wreath.
It's not a true baseball because it's so cheap. It's stringed sawdust. It was fine for throwing, but it split open and its guts spilled out after a few hits with a bat. There's no rubber or cork here, just sawdust, which is a bummer.
