It's Celsius (which isn't a deal breaker because we all have iPhones), but the font is tiny and feels/looks like it's made of lead.
This thermometer, which is about the size of a large drinking straw, is essential for determining the temperature of swift water when fly fishing. It also helps me determine whether or not I need a wetsuit when paddling my SUP in Oregon's chilly waters. My only suggestion is that the color be changed: a non- In streams, a metallic stone color would look great and be easier to see against black neoprene.
The size is ideal. even with my poor vision, it was simple to read.
This was a replacement for a stream thermometer that had been in my possession for more than 25 years. br>This one was just as good, if not better, than my previous one. When the streams are back to normal, I'll provide a better workout.

As for river temperatures, I'll repeat what I said previously. It's simple to understand and use.
Because interpolation between temperature intervals is difficult, accuracy is poor, and the scale is too small to read well.
