We put it right in front of the window outside. After a few hours, the temperature was correctly displayed. Yes, it is inexpensive, and you should not expect anything more. But this device does exactly what it says it does, and the measurements are accurate. I'm very happy with it. I'm hoping it lasts at least a year)).

This was a disappointing product, as it was very "cheesy

" The screws included in the package are of poor quality. I mounted it with various screws, but the main issue is that it is extremely difficult to read. The line "mercury" is far too thin.
