The price was good, but the quality was lacking

Gift. I purchased this for a friend. My first instinct was to assume it was plastic. Although the plastic was quite thin, it was a bit surprising. A lot of the time, it just flopping about quite a bit. In spite of this, it does look good. Even though it would not matter too much once it is hung, I wanted to mention it.
