Is the A for Alabama a sticker or something that has been painted on?

It's just a piece of paper with a sticker attached to it. It will not be easy, in my opinion. We don't use them very often, but when we do, we don't submerge it completely.

I really like how heavy they are. Because it's just a sticker, I wish the A were painted on. As a result, after a few uses, it will fall off. When I unwrapped one, it was already coming off.

When these grilling accessories arrived, I was blown away! I am a huge Oregon Ducks fan, so having my favorite team and a piece of my hometown with me in North Dakota is incredible! They appear to be dishwasher-safe and well-made. Since receiving them two weeks ago, I've used them on a daily basis!.
