Buying this product has caused nothing but headaches. I discovered that the Purdue Block "P" was attached upside down in relation to the card holder upon receiving the item. I thought I must be using the item incorrectly at first, but after I discovered that the sticker said "Made in China," I realized I was right and I understood why. Despite being assemble incorrectly, I believed the product to be satisfactory as long as it were assembled correctly, and I therefore could forgive the fact that those who do not understand our language may install In my quest to return the item, I began by trying to find it. The first thing that came to mind was contacting Amazon, with whom I had spent my gift card. Following that, I was redirected to FogDog, a seller. It was polite to speak with their customer service representatives, but their company's return policy was a joke. To make things right, FogDog agreed to email the return mailing address provided by Amazon as soon as they noticed the defect. Upon asking what address Amazon provided, they said it was a bogus one that had been created to prevent spam from being sent to my real email address. Even after waiting for a specified amount of time, I did not receive a return slip. FogDog advised me where it was and gave me a few more details concerning the return process when I called. Let me now explain the idiotic return process in more detail. First step

In summary, the item could be a nice addition if assembled properly. IF this were the case, I probably would have given this product 5 stars. I do however give a warning to anyone who might be thinking about purchasing a product In order to avoid getting caught in a nightmare customer service loop, it is best to buy directly from a seller. For lack of a capability of just exchanging the item, I would rate customer service as 0 stars. When 5 stars are given and 0 is given, a final score of 2 is obtained. I give this item 5 stars.
It was a totally shocking surprise when I finally received this item. There were just a couple of days remaining before Christmas, so this was a gift. As I opened the box, which was too large for the item, I found that the item was not in its own box, but simply simply put in there without any bubble wrap or styrofoam popcorn, paper stuffing or anything like that. When it arrived to me, I found that a corner was messed up and the longhorn emblem had fallen off. There will never be another order placed by me ever with this company. Buy at your own risk!.
