In the first place, let me say that I hate ring-wearing. It has been more than 11 years since I have worn my ring, and I haven't worn it since the second or third week. As a result of playing with it so much, it got in the way a lot, and because of this I took it off frequently. It is certainly possible to lose your ring when you take your ring off to do something, which I did also. I have been intrigued by these silicone rings for a long time and decided to give one a try. Despite the fact that there are other silicone rings that cost less, Qalo is the only one that reacts well with chemicals, specifically gases, diesel, and oils. It is hard for my hands to stay clean because I use them a lot. As a result, I have determined that it was critical not to remove my ring while I am working. As of yet, I still haven't gotten the issues to a messy stage, so I can't verify this. I think the Qalo is worth the extra dollars, though, if it is.
