The quality of the goods is questionable, although the pieces are cute

I love it! While durable, the metal does not seem to be of high quality to last a long time. It looks like costume jewelry but it is sturdy and thick. There is an indication that this is NOT sterling silver, and there is a statement on the back that warns that the metal may contain chemicals which might.

My first wear of it resulted in a loss of charms

The disappointment is too much for me. Having such a beautiful bracelet was wonderful to me. It was the first time I wore it that I noticed two charms had fallen out. It was so difficult to go on, but I kept going. All of the charms had disappeared by the time I got home. It was very poor quality for that to happen the first time I wore it.

In my opinion, you get what you pay for. Alot of the reviews mentioned getting the wrong charms, and I was fortunate to get the right ones. The bracelet itself is not a very sturdy material, and the charms are of a higher A friend is going to get this bracelet as a gift. I might give the charms to another friend. There is a good seal between the loops of the charms. As long as it stays that way, it's going to be great!.

It wasn't my first choice. A charm fell off after two days. It took her a long time to fix it and I felt terrible. I'd avoid this product for the price, but it appears to be good for what it is.

Two of these were purchased by me, one for myself and one for my mother. It seems that every time I wear a charm, it falls Do not wear them in water if you do purchase. I like the idea of this product, but it's not executed well. Looks very cute, but it tarnishes after one contact with water. After much research, I ended up purchasing a higher quality bracelet from Alex and Ani for $25, and the quality is much better than I expected.

The package I received was opened in less than three minutes after it was delivered! My Steelers bracelet arrived in the mail, and I was very excited! Upon opening the wrapper, I discovered that it is wet inside. There is tarnish on the bracelet! Wow! I know that things happen, but wow! The return process went well and I have requested a replacement to be sent to me in the hope that it will arrive in a better condition than the original.
