Coasters in the shape of a circle were given to me.
They fit perfectly in the drink holders in my car, but I'm not sure what size they are. Though one arrived broken and they requested that I return it for replacement, I proceeded with caution.
The Ohio State Buckeyes of the NCAA are ranked second in the country. Ceramic Absorbent Carster Coasters come in a pack of four.
They simply absorb the "sweat" from cold drinks, preventing them from spilling on your table.

Why is this so? My coaster set was split in half when I opened it, but the other three were fine. It was a shipping error rather than a design flaw. The package arrived in a plastic envelope with one layer of bubble wrap, not the big bubble wrap, but the small bubble wrap, you know what I mean. The package was waiting for me on the porch when I returned home. If the postman had placed it on the porch with 5 or 6 inches of clearance, it would have cracked. The coasters are stacked in the box with no protective layer between them, only the cork backing to absorb any impact; however, as I previously stated, this is a shipping error, not a product complaint. The logo on the sandstone finish looks fantastic, and it stands at 5 inches tall. I read another review that said they weren't absorbent, so I sprayed some water on the surface of mine and watched it dissipate into the coaster. I'm not sure which product they bought, but the sandstone ones I got are fine. They are substantial, but a fall onto a hard surface would be fatal. On all of them, the "Ohio State" logo looks fantastic and is perfectly centered. The color of the original thirsty stone set I bought is more of an "off white, sand color" than the tan colored wood grain looking one shown. Take a look at this photo, which was taken on a white copy sheet. At least on this set, there is no discernible grain pattern. Now, as for the one that was damaged, Amazon customer service was fantastic, and they are sending me a replacement set the next day. So far, I have no complaints, and I believe these are an excellent gift for any Ohio State fan.
In any case, good coasters for the eyes. Cold drinks, on the other hand, condense and adhere to the surface. The coaster either clunks to the table or falls off onto the floor when I pick up my drink. They are not able to absorb liquid. I guess all I have to do now is be cautious.
My package arrived a few days ago. I really like the product, but I paid a little extra for the polka dot *WITH HOLDER* and didn't get one. The coasters were simply packaged in a plastic container. It did not come with the red holder that was shown in the product description. If I had known I wouldn't get a holder anyway, I would have gotten the $10 option, but since this is a Christmas gift, I wanted to pay the extra to ensure I got one. I was disappointed by the false product description, but other than that, it appears to be a good purchase.
They were very popular with her, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the product.
Overall, the holder was of good quality, but the base had rough metal edges and no cushion, so it would have scratched a wooden table. To make a suitable cushion, I glued together several layers of 2 millimeter foam, then glued them to the bottom. I suppose you get what you pay for, but it seems absurd that an object that will almost certainly sit on a table of some sort, presumably made of wood, would scratch and mar the surface right out of the factory.
These were a welcome birthday present for my father. Heavy-duty coasters of excellent quality, which I strongly recommend.
I gave these as a Christmas present. They continue to use them. They have a nice appearance and are sufficiently heavy to prevent them from slipping.
They are attractive and complement the office's Ohio State theme. The coaster holder is simple in design and blends in seamlessly. For a fan of Ohio State, this is a good purchase.
