Although it's spacious, it doesn't feel cramped. Whenever my son travels I have him bring his breakfast, lunch, and dinner in this thing. A good amount of insulation makes it This is a truly great product. Cleanup is a breeze as well.
The bag is good for a couple hours. However, it does not do well with ice. The bag will melt and leak. The lunch box works perfectly if you need it to carry a lunch to work or to another location.
