The package was damaged when it arrived

I ordered two of these chairs to place near my pool. When they arrived, both boxes were in a bad state. One of the boxes had a large tear in the front that had been taped up. Inside the box, there are black smudges on the chair and a tear in the fabric. I was very dissatisfied with the state in which they arrived. When they're in use, I'm hoping that my experience will improve.

It appeals to me. I got it for my mother, who has back problems and couldn't sit at my son's game because of it. Her back is now supported, and she is pain-free (while still looking fashionable!) thanks to the LAX CHAIR. )br>It's a little big, but it's so light that I can carry it on my back with the back pack straps from the car to the stadium! Without a doubt, I'll be purchasing another.

At my son's lacrosse game, this chair was a huge hit. The usual back-breaking bleacher seats in this stadium are very comfortable to sit in. The personalization section was also pretty cool. For that area, I ordered a velcro patch with my son's name and phone number on it.
