Is the foam used in the cushion closed cell? I'd like to put it in my kayak, but open cell foam is nothing more than a sponge. ?

Keep an eye out for the boat's bow! Because the shoulder straps broke, I only gave it three stars. Because the first pair's straps were broken, the vendor replaced them. Excellent customer service; only wish the straps were more durable. Apart from that, it's a wonderful little chair.

It performs admirably and is extremely comfortable to use. I expected it to be a little wider. It would be nice if the caring handle was on the other side so that nothing fell out if you didn't zip the pocket all the way.
