Does it have a large surface area?

I think it measures three feet long and one and a half feet tall. The distance is not that great. It ended up being just make shift goals for me. Children of less than eight years may enjoy practicing their shots.

When the ball is put into the slot, does it light up?

There is a switch that will enable you to control the net light. During the game you can have it on all the time.

This is a great game for young children

Buying this single net knee hockey set for my nephew was a great purchase. four feet two inches tall and it appears to be just the right size. I had no trouble putting the net together, and it appears sturdy at this point. If you wanted to take it somewhere, you could take it apart and put it back together again. You have to be careful with the puck ball because it is a little hard. There is no glow in the dark, but the net lights up nicely.

This is an easy project to assemble

This is an easy project to assemble. Even for a mini I am not expecting them to be large, but I bought 2 sets thinking it would be nice to have 2. For my four-year-old, playing on his knees is like playing on the ground. Seeing as I am average height and size, the rest of us would feel silly. It would be better to just spend a little extra on a "bigger" small set next time. It's cool how it glows in the dark and lights up when it gets dark.

The design of this is fantastic. Glow is a thing we like - In the - It looks like heavy sticks made of dark wood- The way the net lights up without being too bright, as well as the duty it has to carry. The only downside is that there is only one net included. Since the details weren't clearly stated when we ordered it, we got a replacement. We also picked up some foam balls because the glowing ones are a bit dangerous inside because they can damage walls, etc.

I like this product and it does light up just as it is shown in the The game is a lot of fun for me and my son. As soon as I received the battery, one of the elbows was split, and it was evident that super glue had been used at the factory to try and fix it. Seals had been applied to the box at the factory. We will see how long it lasts before it breaks. I just used stronger glue and it will be fine. The posts are not very strong, so it is unlikely that it will last that long. This is a good product and I would purchase it.

A 3 & 4 year old will have a problem playing with these sticks since they are too short especially if their body size exceeds their I was not impressed with the quality at all

I can't believe how small the sticks are. We have two kids aged 4 and 1 and my daughter is an extremely small child for her age and the stick that I purchased is entirely too small.
