It will cover the wrist but will not extend all the way up the forearm.
This was purchased for my 17-year-old son, who stands 5'8" tall and weighs 130 pounds. I ordered a small for him, and it still fits snugly after two seasons of use. He isn't particularly strong in the arms, but it has served to protect him from the odd wild pitch. br>I'm 5'11" and 195 pounds, and I tried on his small. Unless you have a lot of big guns, you should be fine with an Adult Medium.

He is a 12u/13u travel baseball player who also participates in the league's bronco division. I wanted him to have protection because the pitches are getting faster as the players get older. We expected the fit to be a little tighter. My son, on the other hand, is a bit on the skinnier side, but he'll get used to it. I can't comment on that because he hasn't been hit by a pitch yet to see how effective the product is. As a player, it appears to be a good product that has been well engineered. The product must be able to withstand the force of a hard pitch. I'll keep my review up to date as needed. The colors are attractive, and the design is simple and elegant.
Despite the fact that this is a baseball sleeve, I tried several different football sleeves that did not meet our needs, so I decided to give this one a try after doing some research and found it to be the best. The foam part that Gardens sat right over the spot where he broke it, it helped absorb the heavy hits and gave him peace of mind.
We bought this for my son, who plays catcher and takes a lot of baseballs off his wrist; he usually wears an Evoshield, but we wanted to give this one a try as well. On one wrist, I had him put his old wrist guard on, while on the other, I had him put this one on. I then took a baseball in my hand and hit each wrist guard, not as hard as a 50 mph ball in the dirt, but hard enough. He felt significantly better with the G-force. evoshield has a different shape than the evoshield. Maybe this technology works if a ball hits the ground much harder than I did, but I'm not willing to wait and see. The item has already been returned.
Although I am concerned that bringing even this small amount of weight closer to my hands will add weight to my swing, I realize that this appears to be no more than a batting glove in weight. After an injury, I've been able to regain my confidence at the plate by wearing this. I have the option of attacking that inside pitch aggressively or fighting one off to make it through the day.
It provides adequate protection without being overly bulky. In the winter, they look great under long sleeved shirts. It didn't seem to have any effect on hitting or throwing motions. The only drawback is that it appears to have stretched out a little after a season of baseball and is no longer as snug. However, it continues to work.
I didn't break my wrist; instead, I received a shin guard. It's not even a wrist.
Legit. Although the manufacturer does not recommend it, I've been using it for extra skid protection when riding at 25mph on the One Wheel EV (on pavement). These have been involved in a number of collisions. I'll most likely purchase another for my other arm in the near future!.
Fit and shape are both excellent. Evoshield isn't made of hard plastic. When I'm catching, I use it as a forearm guard, and the padding absorbs some (but not all) of the impact of the ball when I'm blocking.
