In order to fit our 15 year old son who stands 6 feet tall, we ordered a large. The size is equivalent to a large adult (US size).
There is only a bit of tightness in the shoulders since I got an XL. So then I ordered the white XL and it fitted perfectly. Now most of the shirts I get are between size XL and L (men's), so I have trouble estimating what size I should get.
There is a men's version of this jersey.

It looks like a $29 jersey, as my wife told me. The jersey is just plain cheap looking and shouldn't be taken too seriously. While the collar does stick up a bit, it's not too bad, hopefully after washing it will become less noticeable. A team jersey of this quality is just not good enough.
The quality is nice, but I would recommend going up a size. As I am usually an XL, I ordered the XXL and it was a little snug, but it was.
There is only a few days left until the world cup!.
It fit well and looked good.
