In my opinion, the advertisement picture was not true to the scarf in person as well as the service was terrible

I bought the scarf because I liked the design and I saw the logo in the advertisement. There was a big difference between the first and second letter S on the first scarf I received. In general, I allow for small errors since nothing is perfect, but there had to be some accountability here for a whole letter missing from the team name when the advertised picture shows it complete. As a result, I contacted the seller about this, but because I am unable to reach the seller through Amazon, I decided to go outside. As a result, I was directed to a page where I was instructed to contact the seller (Outerstuff) through a given phone number or on their main website. Nobody answered the phone when I tried to call. My next step was to go to their website where I found their customer service email address. As for my order, I emailed them and asked them questions, but all I got was "please contact seller. ". I just ordered an exchange, so I did so. Upon opening the package of the second scarf I received, I discovered it to be wet, muddy, sticky, and orange in color. Adding to this, the scarf still had the same missing letter as the first one, muddied up and was super wet. Due to the fact that this one was sent before I returned the first one to Amazon, it could not have been the same one. My overall experience with the order was unsatisfactory, so I decided to get my money back.
