As a result, I purchased three of these for the female members of a youth baseball team. It is a good fit for all of our different head sizes. The embroidery on this piece is absolutely stunning. It appears to be identical to the baseball caps worn by the boys. It's soft, adjustable, and comes in a lovely red hue.

There's a velcro closure, the bill is slightly curved, and the top of the hat, where the logo goes, isn't too tall.
