This ad is misleading to my mind. It appears that the hat color is royal blue, but the one I received is navy That's why I did not order from other vendors since I really wanted it in royal blue. My order would have been different had I known it was going to be navy blue, or I would have ordered a tan one with royal blue thread. Well, that is the way it is. However, I do like my hat, and I am not going to return it and order another one because I want to wear it to the championship.
Currently, the 9twenty is considered the unstructured version of the dad hat. The reason I like it so much is that it reminds me of home. I like the fit very much. The height should not be too great. I refuse to pay a flat rate.
We are looking for a hat that is low profile, but not super soft or floppy (holds its shape), and does not look like you are Hat looks the same in real life as it does in the pictures. I am in love with.

The hat fit well, but I sweated a few times wearing it, which made it look bad. We do not know what is wrong with the dye, but the dark blue has turned cloudy- There is a reddish hue to it. The fabric retains its reddish blue hue around the front of the cap where the bill meets the cap even after cleaning with mild soap, water, and a soft brush. It may be prudent for the manufacturer to rethink the cheap dye they used on these not-safe materials It's hard to find good hats at cheap prices.
I am not sure if these defects are being sold as is or if they are manufacturer defects. I had worn my other New Era baseball caps before, but this one did not fit like my other New Era The product turned out to be disappointing and I wouldn't buy it.
That hat is awesome. All I wish is that as I bend the brim there is enough bend to keep the hat from losing its shape once I bend it more in. As well, it loses its tightness after it is tightened. It only requires one time to remove the hat after it has been tightened before the latch loosens. Once you've tightened, you have to do it Other than that, it's a nice looking hat. Make sure it's constantly reshaped and tightened.
As you can see, I left the white outline and faded blue look off the hat and instead got the normal blue and orange hat.
