It is uncomfortable. A simple pop-out process. It is not worth the time. In my opinion, it's just another gadget I use. Make a stick with elastic and adjust it.

You may be able to get by with it if you don't require it too tight, but I'd rather pay a bit more for thicker I would not purchase this item.

You can use these if you have kids or if you buy masks that are too big. It's possible that they'd be uncomfortable long term, but most of us wear them for just a few hours at a time to start.
