One.
I bought one for my son, and it does, in fact, cover a portion of the plate.
Hello and thank you for your interest; however, the listing is only for one frame. Thank you for your time and consideration.br>

The STEELERS name, which is a separate piece, popped off less than two weeks after it was installed. It didn't appear to be glued at all, but rather double-sided tape. So it just said Pittsburgh at the top of the page. That does not sit well with me. If you buy one, make sure to super glue or gorilla glue everything together before installing it on your vehicle.
The only part of this license plate frame that is plastic is the Kansas City and Chiefs portion; everything else is metal, and if you have a black car, it will look great with your black license plates. Update. br>br> The frame, on the other hand, is starting to fade and leaving a white residue. I chose to spray paint it in a gloss finish, which turned out to be quite nice.
One of the "Steelers" labels fell off the frame and was stuck to the paper held inside the frame due to the metal frame's sharp edges. The Steelers piece is made of plastic and is taped to the frame. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality, and even more so with myself for not paying attention to the other reviews that detailed the same problems.
The frame arrived, but it did not match the description. Because the Steelers logo was in color, I decided to order this one over the others. The Steelers logo, on the other hand, was black and yellow when it arrived. This has angered me greatly.
Very nice plate frame, and it's made of metal, which was important because the one we had previously was made of plastic and had broken. This one, I believe, will last a long time, but we'll see. The frame, however, arrived bent due to the fact that it was shipped in a bubblewrap envelope rather than a box. I was able to bend it back into shape, albeit with difficulty due to the thickness of the metal.
The one shown looks like it belongs in Steeper Nation. The one that ships is in an arabic font with rounded borderline cursive. Like the other reviewers, I used glued note tape. I was tempted to give it a 4 because of the low price, but the font issue prevented me from doing so. In addition, the plastic appears to fade quickly in the Las Vegas sun. Full metal frame is what I'm hoping for. I'll have to pay a higher price. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> There's no longer any mention of Pittsburgh. A piece of the Pittsburgh Steelers was missing. Both the glue and the plate were inexpensive. Pay a little more and you'll get a lot more. Junk.
I'd never buy anything like this again; the logos are sloppy, and everything is chipped, as you can see in the photo.
