I was blown away by how high-quality they were for such a low price. When compared to the price of some other bands on the market, this one is a bargain. They arrived wrapped in a convenient bag to store them in, which was very nice. Each band is well-made, with a heavy-duty metal hook and a band connector that will not break and will last for a long time. The handles and foot bands have soft padding on them so they don't hurt your hands when you grip them. The door anchor is extremely large to ensure that it is secure and stays in place. I carefully examined each band for cracks or wear, and the rubber appeared to be brand new. They were in immaculate condition, with no flaws that I could find. I would strongly advise anyone looking to supplement their home gym with these exercise bands.

I wanted to build a home gym, but I was having trouble deciding what equipment to get. Where can I get dumbbells, and so on? They're also all quite costly. Instead of investing in an expensive gym set, I finally decided to start with resistance bands. I chose this product based on a friend's recommendation; it appears to be fantastic and reasonably priced. I've been using it for about a week and it's been fantastic and extremely simple to use. I'm really looking forward to it- Every day, get up and workout: I've had a lot of success with these bands for chest, bicep curls, and triceps extensions. Soft padding can be found on the handles and foot bands. The door anchor is extremely large to ensure that it is secure and stays in place. The weight range is ideal for a variety of exercise levels. It's a color thing. You can tell what lbs are being used because the code is color-coded. I like the quality, and it appears to be long lasting. Last but not least, everything is kept together in a nice travel bag. It's simple to pack and transport, and it doesn't take up a lot of room.

I was correct, as it turned out. The bands' resistance levels are ludicrously low compared to what they should be capable of. I bought them to replace an old resistance band set that was literally falling apart due to its age and wear. My old resistance bands were more resistant than these in the down state. To get a weight that felt close to 20, I had to combine the 10 and 50 pound bands. I'm going to return them and get a refund.

I like that the product comes in a variety of strengths; I can choose the lightest, while my husband usually chooses the heaviest, so we can both stay fit during quarantine with this product.

I like that there are a variety of resistance weights and that you can be creative with the exercises for a full-body workout. The ankle bracelets and hand attachments are also helpful.

The weights are clearly indicated with a number and a corresponding color on these bands, and they feel very sturdy. It even includes a small flyer that shows me various workouts I can do with these bands, which is very thoughtful. These are of excellent quality; I've had them for a while and they haven't stretched out in the least.

All of this is kept in a handy travel bag for easy storage. Resistance bands appear to be durable, simple to use, and a good selection for a good workout. I'm looking forward to seeing the results!.

The wide range of resistance and attachments are appealing, but I believe the band itself has an odd resistance to it, in that changing how far you stretch it by a few inches can drastically alter the pull back. It's a little strange, especially when you start stretching it a little too far and it feels like it's about to snap.
