I was pleased with the condition of my hat

It is exactly what it is described to be. The rental car was in excellent condition when it arrived. It was shipped in a plastic amazon bag without any type of protection against dents or flattening out, which made me concerned for a moment. Perhaps it was a matter of luck? Although a box should still be used to deliver them. I am only complaining about that, other than that, the hats look great.

It was stuffed to the hilt

While I am not dissatisfied with the product, I am disappointed with the packaging since I receive my purchases through a PO box in Miami in order to receive my products in Panama, the size and weight of the package represents additional costs. It is not necessary to have a huge box for a tiny hat.
