I have not received any support. It is incredibly TT is something I've been utilizing for years now. It has been a long time. I purchased a product from Amazon online. You must have the key or the ID that they provided. I went through the install for Windows 10, and it ran fine. I started using it, and it worked fine.

After a lot of automated prompts, I was shown a text link that explained how to install the software. My dealings with China have the feel of dealing with a foreign power. I want to know if the state of NJ is in trouble. You can't keep looping me to death and asking me to pay for it! I am quite pissed off at the moment. All the suggestions I have seen on the Internet about fixing this issue have not worked, it still locks up on the activation screen, so I cannot enter my license number. It is not a good idea to order from Amazon, according to my son. It all makes sense to me now. The brand of the item I have is defective and I can't figure out how to return it. Since I've been using the disc version for years, I'd like to change. Is there anything you can suggest?.

I have to say that TurboTax is a stinking hot pile of awful There have been a lot of issues getting to the activation screen here. The way to do it is as follows Ensure that your screen resolution is 800 x 600. Go to TurboTax and click "Open. " A message should appear on the activation screen. If there really is a cost for eFile for the state, this year may be the exception. Due to the fact that NY can only be filed electronically, this seems like an unnecessary cost burden to consumers. It might not be Intuits' fault because, as I read somewhere, eFile is free if you file by 3/15/2020. That is why I always try to file before that date. When it comes to scammers, I like to beat them.

On two different Windows 10 systems, I have been able to install. Although it installs and runs fine, the application fails to start.
