After 5 hours on hold, and another hour with H & R, I finally got to speak to someone The issue is being investigated by R Block's tech support (tier 1 and 2), and I have an open case with their development team (tier 3) to resolve the issue since all of their technical documentation seems to relate to Windows 7 and Windows 8. VMware virtual machine created with its own Windows 10 version 20H2 driver, running on my host machine. Although, it WILL NOT install on a fully patched version of Windows 10 version 20H2. The patches may be removed or not applied. You can run the VM on a clean installation as well. Due to this, BUYER BEWARE if you have upgraded your Windows 10 machine to version 20H2 per Microsoft's recommendation. In addition, you do not (a) have a strong enough host system to run a virtual machine of older Windows versions, (b) possess the technical expertise to operate in a virtual machine, or (c) have access to an older Windows 10 version's installer.

Despite having not downloaded the item yet, Amazon won't match the price even though the item is currently on sale for $50. You can at least return it when it's still in its original packaging at a brick and mortar store.
