Very unhappy with the company and product support. I had a baby born in 2020 and I was unable to receive the baby's stimulus check in both rounds as there is no way for my baby's earnings to appear on my tax return for 2019. It will not let me claim the second round of the recovery rebate credit using the software I used to prepare the tax return. Attempted to obtain help from Health and Human Services in all possible ways We had trouble getting R block support the chat feature in the software did not work, we navigated their website for quite a while and did not find any helpful support online, and did not get a phone answer. The problem still did not get solved after I spent over an hour on it. It also failed to save all of the previous forms I had entered into it. In its product description, the company advertises its ability to import 1099 There is no way to import your 1099 forms into this product. In the unlikely event that you call customer service to complain, the customer base support person will waste an hour trying to figure out what "importing a 1099" means and then tell you to enter the data manually because the product actually does not import the Spreadsheets are a more efficient way to manage your finances.
