It has been around ten years since I used this product. Aside from being easy to use, it also offers many features and gives you great flexibility in designing your site as you wish. A manual is included along with it, as well as an FTP account.

There has been a lot of trouble with this program. The exact problem cannot be attributed to the software -- but I am not totally blaming it. Since I am not an experienced computer user, I do not have any experience with setting up a blog, creating a small website for one or two pages, or creating a bulletin board. My experience with computers is largely limited to Macs. Although I had to install it twice, WebPlus installs fine as long as you do not make a mistake. (IT has a program that removes your first attempt if you make a mistake. )I was lost after the installation.
