Hallmark Card Studio-- New Version

The user can either install the software using the included disk or download it using the enclosed code. I went with the disk, but it didn't work. Then, using the code included in the hallmark package, I tried the download route. After you enter the code online, you'll be taken to a new screen where you'll be asked for your financial information and told that you'll be charged for downloading a free copy of the hallmark program. I threw the program away and cut my losses because it seemed too suspicious to me. This is extremely disappointing after spending so much money on hallmark software over the years. However, you must learn from your mistakes. Finally, I squandered my time and money on software that turned out to be ineffective.

The installation disk would not boot up on a Windows 10 machine, claiming that a file had been "externally" modified and was no longer valid. The installation code was not valid for this product when I attempted to load the program using the "diskless install" feature, which I tried with every HALLMARK product listed in the product drop-down menu. Nothing seemed to work in the down box. When I called the Hallmark help desk, I was told to email them a picture of the install disk, my Amazon invoice, and my address, and they would send me a direct load link that I could use to load the product; I did so, but received no response. I emailed them again, but they didn't respond. I tried a third time, this time attaching "jpg" files to the email instead of sending the picture of the disc, invoice, and "diskless upload code" as images. I've been waiting for a response for several days and have yet to receive one. I've had this program since August and haven't been able to use it as of September 26th. I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER HALLMARK PRODUCT AGAIN.

My 2006 version had to be replaced after the computer on which it was running died. When it appeared that the new one wouldn't load, I was concerned, but then I read the instructions, which stated that it could take up to an hour to load, so I waited, and it eventually did. I'm pleased to see that it resembles my previous version quite closely. It still includes the Event Planner, which is extremely useful. I'm relieved to learn that this version can print business cards. I like the font effects as well. I've had no issues with it thus far.

I'm unable to download it because I keep receiving an error message stating that the code is incorrect. I looked online for technical assistance after receiving the codebr>with the product. My questions received no responses. I dialed tech support and waited for 30 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. He stated that an email would be sent. He was not one of them. I called back five hours later, and he left me a message, instructing me to send a copy of the receipt as well as a photo of the box. When I asked for his email address, he simply said, "Reply. " When I pressed the reply button, the message was returned as undeliverable. For the past 70 minutes, I've been on hold on the phone. I'm very frustrated right now. I would have returned it if it wasn't for the fact that this is the only card-making program I could find for Windows 10.

I used to watch this Hallmark show and enjoyed it. I needed to upgrade now that I had a new computer and Windows 10. This is simple to use and has numerous features, such as a calendar, which I frequently use. You can set up appointment and event reminders. It also has a large selection of cards that you can personalize and print. It helps you save money by reducing the number of cards you need to purchase. I purchased it along with a disk and downloaded it. You can also use the internet to get your files. It satisfies my needs.

I've been using Hallmark Card Studio since the 1990s, but the latest version is extremely slow to load, and I can't seem to find anything I'm looking for. When I'm looking for something specific, it can take a long time to go through every card in a category and find it. However, I prefer this to purchasing cards from a store because I can customize the front and interior. They used to have Shoebox cards, which I really miss.

I used to have a Brouderbund program that I really liked, but I had to upgrade to Windows 10 because Windows 7 was no longer supported. Every step in the process of creating a recipe, greeting card, or other item has multiple steps, and you must double-check each one before printing. It asks you to select dimensions and paper feed, and then it asks you to select dimensions again when you go to print. There are far too many opportunities to skip a step and end up with a print that is too large for the paper. I don't have a choice because the old program I had was so much better, but it isn't compatible with Windows 10.

I reinstalled Windows 10 Wizard 3 was used. When I clicked on the "Email" and "Share" (Facebook send) buttons four times as instructed, I always got an error message. I followed the instructions for setting up my printer, but the print was unusable (hugged one corner with backside not aligned). Unlike store cards, which are 95% (estimates), the graphic part was only 75% of each page. There aren't many graphics to choose from, and there are a limited number of edits. I'm going to give Greeting Card Factory a shot (it was on our old computer and it spoiled me). (I'm crossing my fingers that it will work with Windows 10).
