Thank you for making this genealogy tool available. My favorite part of the timeline was the ability to personalize it I took a few minutes to pick up on the rules, but it was worth the wait.

Make sure you are buying from a reputable source

Bugs have been found in this software. It appeared that no one could provide me with any help, or even acknowledge that my problem had a solution now or later on. I did not receive a reply to my email. It's terrible, terrible service from the Neither of the representatives I spoke with let me finish my sentences, talking over me even when I tried to compliment them. Customers may call them frequently complaining about their service. In spite of that, this software has a lot of promise for those with lesser computer literacy.
