1, 2, 3 Math Fonts, Version 4

I bought it to use in my classroom to prepare math tests. It has all of the necessary fonts, but typing up a test takes an eternity and a day. You first load the program, which then connects to your word program. Then you print out all of the page templates for the binder. Each of these pages is essentially a picture of a new keyboard with instructions on how to use it. To type, you first select the symbol you require from the drop-down menu, then consult the printed template page to determine which keys to use, and finally execute a series of precise keystrokes. VERY TIME CONSUMING AND CUMBERSOME! I had to handwrite it because it was too slow for me. Save money by using the free equation editor in Microsoft Word.

I've never been able to find the ideal book for the skills I want to teach my students at the teacher's store. I can now make them myself, which has allowed me to save a significant amount of money. I also don't have to waste time making unattractive cut-and-paste papers. I was able to use the fonts with ease in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. br>Making measurement sheets is one area where the fonts have proven to be particularly useful. The thickness of my pen made accurate measurements of angles and edges difficult when I was drawing them by hand. Everyone now gets the same answer (if they do it correctly), and the kids aren't making fun of my less-than-perfect art!br>I also like that all of my manipulatives are now available as a font. My children can easily transfer their knowledge to the models I've created on paper after completing activities with manipulatives. This is a type of practice I've never seen in a book before. br>Because I work with a variety of age groups, I appreciate how simple it is to change what I create. I keep track of what I make and the grade level it corresponds to. I save it with the new level after I've modified it. Finally, the keystroke guide (instruction manual) is extremely useful. It's simple to follow the picture format. I keep a copy in my computer bag so I can refer to it at any time. br>It's so satisfying when other teachers ask where I got a particular worksheet or activity and I can tell them it was created using 1,2,3 Math Fonts!.

Before I discovered 1,2,3 Math Fonts, I had no idea how I lived. Because all of my cutting and pasting is done on the computer, I don't need to keep a glue stick or scissors on hand. I keep a copy of the user guide next to my desk in a notebook so that I can quickly access it. I've been using the software for a few years now, and it always makes me laugh when I come across old worksheets that I've handwritten or cut out. items which have been pasted It's a very "old school" approach to things. br>br>I've worked as a Math Specialist in a Title 1 school, where I taught six classes per day and relied heavily on these fonts. I recently took on the role of Math Coach and worked with all of the teachers (K-8) at the school. 5) within the confines of the structure Textbooks are an excellent resource for my teachers, but I'd like to go deeper and provide more examples and practice problems than the text books allow. I teach math concepts in a very specific way, and I love that I can customize my worksheets, games, PowerPoint, and SmartBoard lessons to fit my teaching style. I've shared my worksheets and games with other teachers in the county over the years, and I'm constantly asked, "How did you make this?" " I always tell them about 1,2,3 Math Fonts and how great of a tool they are. The county math facilitators purchased it after seeing how simple it is to use and how clean the graphics are, and they plan to use it to create county-wide assessments for grades 1 through 12.

I'm a fourth-grade teacher who needs a lot of resources to help my students prepare for the TAKS test, and this resource is essential for math and science. I wouldn't be able to put my children to the test if I didn't have this resource. I've been forced to use resource books with pre-printed material in the past. questions on paper I can now create my own questions for my students with a single click of a button. It has a significant impact on their performance on all achievement tests. It is extremely simple to operate and saves a significant amount of time.
