Mac computers cannot play the training DVD. It is compatible only with Windows/PC

My opinion is that it is not true. The tutorial was designed for a Windows computer but I have a Mac. That's why I was so concerned about my own situation.

I bought this product because I had purchased a new version of Photoshop Elements and felt that I needed some help learning the features of the new version. All the training on the computer platform when I started using the tutorial was based on PCs. I found the PC instructions hard to follow since I use a Mac. Moreover, they provided written material that was designed to be viewed on When I contacted Customer Care about this problem, they were helpful. Promptly responding to my emails. It was said to be a dvd. Although the training is conducted with a PC, the testing is often done with a Mac. There is no use for this course if you own a Mac. A significant benefit of this course is that it introduces you to all the tools and menus on a PC. Thank you for your understanding. I regret having to return the product.

There is no way to load the DVD

Although this DVD arrived quickly, I cannot load it on my computer running Windows 10. You won't find any information on the website of Simon Sez that will explain how the problem might arise. As the content won't load, I have no way of knowing if it is useful for my purposes. In the beginning, the program failed to initially appear as advertised. To search for the program we failed a couple of times. Once I opened the device window displayed by the USB drive E, I went to the devices tab and selected E. Please see the attached document for details on this. A, C, D, and F In this case it is written to load a disc into the drive(s), however, doing so did not make it work. There is a defect in the product, so I am returning it.

The volume issue on this DVD is a problem

There are so many details to hear, it's almost impossible to follow the speaker! turned the volume up all the way on my computer and still can't tell what they are saying with clarity.
