The video falls out of sync and there is no support. As far as I am concerned, it is a good software for me. I have been using it for quite a while. When I record videos on my computer, the audio quality is bad and it is out of sync with the video. After I upgraded to 2020, it worked for a while, but now it is not working. There are some fixes on their website but the fixes did not work for me. I tried to install it on another computer, but I have the same issue.
I tried contacting support, but I did not receive any responses. It is not worth my time to deal with companies that lack good customer services.

In 2016, when I started editing videos, I purchased the original MoVavi program and have stayed with it in the years since. It has given me more control and features as my editing needs have evolved. MOVAVI Video Suite 2020 is the best editing software I have found for making simple edits. I use DaVinci Pro for more complex projects (like DaVinci). The product is simple and quick, and it gives excellent results for basic video and audio needs. I've purchased upgrades in the past, and I will continue to do so as long as MOVAVI is my basic editing tool.
