I used to know how to use Access quite well. VBA, but I hadn't used it in a long time, and the new ribbon-based interface perplexed me. This course moves at a reasonable pace and takes you from a simple database to a fairly complex database as a desktop or server-based application. This section impressed me and was far superior to other CD-based "courses" I had tried. br>br>It deals with Access on the web, which requires a Microsoft product that I don't have and costs money, so I only listened to those sections. It is intended for Microsoft SQL Server applications. br> This necessitates the installation of two free Microsoft add-on products. Because these wouldn't install properly on my machine, I was left with no choice but to listen.
