Is it possible to use this on Windows 8?

Act 4 is the exception. 0 is not compatible with Windows 7 or 8. It's way past its prime. Mine was discarded.

Dinosaurs are dinosaurs, and software is one of them

It didn't work out. The software is outdated and will not work on even older laptops or desktop computers.

This is the most effective contact management software I've ever used

ACT! is a program that I've used. Since 1990, there have been no new additions. I really liked the software. It appears to be a very good Relational Database in its primitive form. I would have kept using it indefinitely. It was said to me that ACT! On 64-bit PCs, 0 would be unusable. It's something I'm not sure about. I'm sorry I upgraded to Sage Act Pro 2011 with my data.
