Amazon is not a good place to buy

There is no way to download the software directly from Amazon once you have purchased it. I spoke to Amazon support for nearly 45 minutes and was directed directly to Adobe support after they told me I would have to work with them directly. I spent 4 hours with Adobe support and numerous modifications to my new IMAC before I was able to download the Photoshop software purchased through While Adobe Lightroom was downloaded, my copy was deleted and they are attempting to determine the problem with the "team" and they will allegedly get back to me at some unspecified time. I'm laughing so hard right now.

Fraud is the biggest thing mankind has ever seen! It is impossible to activate or install the software once you have paid for the subscription (unless perhaps you spend hours on the phone or chatting with Adobe to convince the provider that you already paid)

Adobe Photoshop has been a great tool since I was in Whenever I need a good read, I turn to this site. Those who need it for work complain that rent is no longer an option instead, they are forced to rent it. However, what can be done given that I need it for my job. In my opinion, the rental model is ridiculous, and if I did not need Photoshop I would not consider buying it any in the first place. It is not appropriate for them to be rewarded for their.

I didn't even get the chance to activate it before my subscription ended. While I was waiting for my lighting to arrive so I could activate it, it was out of juice. Never again will I do anything like that. Spending money that is not necessary.

Works with Windows 10 1511 but not with Windows 10 1512

It looked great and I was eager to use it, but when I tried to download it and found out my windows version was incompatible, I was disappointed. I cancelled the Windows update because I cannot get it to run. A refund was issued as soon as possible.

Paying Adobe has been a frustrating experience for me

Although I like Adobe Photoshop a lot, the photography plan is suppose to include Lightroom and Bridge that can be used to customize your photos. For the trouble that I went through to pay Adobe, I also would like to know if I will receive the 2 free months that they promised me. In spite of using them for many years, suddenly I was unable to get them paid, and don't even start on what I had to go through just to get through In these calls, there are conversations with Indians, which I had a hard time understanding, and they hung up on me twice. I don't know why I thought of paying through Amazon, but I'm glad I did since it's even cheaper than local calling!.
