I find it very difficult to understand

Adding this to our software system to simplify our system and increase productivity is annoying and overly complicated. We have slowed down by at least 50% since we purchased it. There are no links on the homepage and you must enter the customer information in a small field over halfway down the page in order to begin building a new work order. In retrospect, I admit I haven't spent a lot of time learning how the system works, but that's because I heard it would be very intuitive and simple to understand. Seeing as we are the busiest shop in our field for literally 100+ miles, I have no time to spend hours studying like I did when I was in college or high school, especially when I need to train other team members too.

It's quite possibly the most glitchy POS system I've ever encountered. Despite being fairly tech-savvy, I am having constant problems with the software at 3 of the businesses on which I purchased it. A system that I've been trying to fix for almost a week is not responding. The wait time for me to speak to someone each time has been more than 100 minutes. I called four times. I doubt I will ever use this again due to the frustration I experienced. I presume everyone else is experiencing the same problem.
