I admit,, it is a very nice and cheap point of sale system. However, it has two very large drawbacks installation and prompt support. The installation process is simple, but if you want quick support you have to pay. -The installation process needs to be improved since it is not a straightforward process and not designed for the average user.

You have to fiddle around a fair amount to get this set up, and the worst part is that it isn't easy to integrate with accounting. As a result, we have limited use of it.

My small business will benefit a great deal from using this product. It is incredibly easy to use and very functional. With a little research, I was able to solve my small problem with installing SQL, but I still had one minor obstacle to go through.

The program that I was using was on a month-to-month basis, and I was watching my money being wasted on a system that simply did not work for me. It even crossed my mind to switch to a regular style cash register after I started searching around for a one time purchase program. My first search resulted in Cash Footprint and I read what reviews I could find and then I took a small tutorial off their site and decided it might at least get me through a year or two. Since I am a video game trade store, and since they do not (no one does) offer much to help with the actual trade part of my business, I was able to work around that issue and not pay hundreds to thousands of dollars for a program that does not provide

If you have ever worked with POS programs before, you will find the basic function of this program very easy. It is the excellent customer service that I appreciate the most. If I have a question they are always more than ready to help. A very polite and patient person. Having to deal with jerks is a huge plus for me as running a business in this climate and day-and-age is already difficult enough. It's also eased a great deal of stress to know that I don't have to worry about the accounting requirements for the sales reports since that's easy. This program is much better than the last one I used.

I honestly believe that this program is worth a lot more than the cost of obtaining Having excellent people running this program makes it a very good one. Rather than stopping with this program when my initial expectations were met, I will continue. The best thing I could do is to call them and talk to them about making sure the program will meet your needs, as I know how difficult it is to start a business without knowing where to begin or how to change There is always a chance of making a poor bet I made a good one on this round, and I hope you do the same.
