Questions & Answers

What version of this product do you have?

I have found their customer support to be excellent if you have any problems. Despite the fact that it isn't the prop, it is still fairly cool.

The difference between this product and Quickbooks Point of Sale PRO from Intuit?

There are several main differences between the two The Pro version allows you to re-download The customer rewards program, purchase orders, document designs for tags, receipts, and other documents, and clothing style grids are all examples of order points. Basic lets you know how many items in inventory and who is a customer.

Do you know if Windows 8 will work with this?

That will be the case. POS 11 is still more compatible with windows 7 than with QuickBooks POS 10.

Seamless integration with Quickbooks financials for an excellent point of sale system
3/5

As part of a trial period of 30 days, I had the opportunity to try this POS software. The customization capabilities of this system impressed me greatly. I had to enter in all my items I wished to have quick buttons for, but after that, ringing up a sale is an easy process. If a new item is to be offered, it is a simple process that can be completed right from the Sale Ring up page. In general, I have been pleased with the software, but the only complaint I have is that quantity discounts are not available. My company offers quantity discounts as a result of the different quantities people wish to print, but it can be a little difficult to offer quantity breaks with every type of print. This requires creating a new button for each price break, as well as a set of sub groups for each product. This sounds a bit annoying, but it is an easy solution. If you read my review, then every product has its own button. I am most excited about is the seamless integration that is offered between Quickbooks and my accounting program. By using one button, I can upload all my sales data directly to my accounting software, where invoices can then be processed and sales tracked. Since we bill our customers for a lot of our business, this has been extremely helpful. Additionally, the POS software offers the ability to ring up a customer while they are processing their job, which is another great feature. We can, for example, ring another customer while the first job is still being done by saving the first job. It will be accessible later with a quick access button on the main screen if another customer comes in while the first job is still being done. I have been able to find that there is no limit to the number of saved transactions you can have. All in all, this has been the perfect POS software for my company, and I am looking forward to the improvements that will be made to it! I hope they add quantity discounting, because then this will be a truly amazing application!.

This is not what you should do! My business has utilized Quickbooks POS since I opened (and I have been using Intuit's Quicken software at least 15 years) I would have previously told you that their products and tech support were top notch, but the upgrade I urge you to read the reviews carefully below
3/5

The list of my computer upgrade expenses goes on and on. I have spent a fortune that a small business is unlikely to be able to afford. Bigger, better, Windows 8 (another nightmare), etc. Then, I spent hours honing my skills, but none of it really mattered. Despite spending days on the phone with tech support, and sending my data to be cleaned - I had to jump through all their hoops to get my data back. The business was effectively shut down for 3 days Upon contacting the last tech support person, I was told that my data was fine. He was going to load the data onto his station, and then call me in to discuss it. The last time that happened was about This is something I am not able to further explore due to lack of time. As promised, I put a lengthy list of issues up on their forums last night, but once I logged on today I found the list It has now been decided that I will mount an illegal vendetta everywhere I can find public space. Are you seeing what I am going through here? Once upon a time, I was.
