Questions & Answers

Is this going to be a one-time thing? Is this a one-time use product, or can I use it for multiple relatives for whom I am the executor?

Each EstateExec license is for a single estate only. Although it is technically possible to delete all of the data and begin again with a new person, this is not the intended use.

My sister and I are acting as executors for the estate. Is it possible for her to share it with the lawyer, and for the lawyer to see it as well?

Yes, EstateExec allows you to give as many people as you want view or edit access for no additional cost. Select Share Access from the Estate Actions drop-down menu on the Overview tab.

Is this a one-time license fee for one estate, or will it have to be renewed later?

It's only a one-time deal, after all. A one-time fee that is valid for a minimum of five years. This is a fantastic deal!

Is it possible to get this as soon as possible?

There's no need to download anything because EstateExec is a web app: Any web browser can be used to access it. When you buy something, you'll get a license key that you can use to start a new estate or finish one you've already started.

The most effective real estate software

This software was well worth the money because it gave me peace of mind. EstateExec has made the legal process of handling my mother's estate simple to understand, as well as keeping track of expenses and determining what steps need to be taken to complete the process. This program is a must-have for making the estate process go more smoothly! It's something I wish I'd discovered sooner!.

Everything was very well explained, and by the time I decided to meet with a lawyer or other professionals about probate, I already knew everything I needed to know, or I had completed everything I needed to do. The product is one that I strongly recommend.

It's simple to use and has a reasonable price

For my father's estate, I needed a software solution to track all of his assets. I looked at several options, but EstateExec came out on top. It's extremely simple to use and comes with a large number of pre-programmed options. populated tasks for you to think about, and when I got stuck a couple of times (for example, how to generate an asset report), their customer service was quick to respond! It's fantastic, and I strongly advise you to try it out!.

Excellent estate administration software

While I was administering my father's estate, the EstateExec software proved to be an invaluable tool. I worked as a lawyer for over 20 years and now serve as a circuit judge for almost 15 years (despite having no probate experience), and the software assisted me in identifying potential pitfalls that I would not have noticed on my own. Every aspect of handling an estate is explained in detail, and the default "tasks list" is a great starting point for anyone administering an estate. I haven't yet reached the point where I need to file a final settlement with the probate court, but the financial tools built into the software will undoubtedly come in handy. In conclusion, I give this program the highest possible rating. It's likely that the company is undercharging you.
