After contacting tech support through email, they provided me with an updated key to reactivate the software, and now it is working They deactivated the software key, claimed it was a result of Windows update, and offered no explanation We were sent a replacement key, but it does not As such, I sent another email to them telling them the same. I haven't received a response as of yet. In addition, I received a prompt email from the company today with a link and a new key code, but it did not work. Having not received a response from the email, I replied to it and stated that the key code was not working. Next day, I hope to receive a replacement that works. It will be interesting to see what sort of support they can offer because I just had my key that I bought on December 29 revoked. Buying this product, I was relieved I didn't have to write my own Access database program. It would be worth spending $30 to find out if this application was capable of doing the things I was interested in. Over 500 items were scanned in about 6 or 7 months ago, but I got sidetracked and I never finished the task. I was able to see everything I scanned in when I opened the software today for the first time, and I closed out after that. Afterwards, I opened an internet browser to check my email, but it put in an activation loop when trying to open my software again. While the application tells me that my activation was successful, it never opens and it does not respond. They claim on their website to have changed the locations of their license servers. In response to my email to support, I am going to wait for their response. I HATE the new software model most companies are rolling out and are shifting down customer's throats just to increase profits. If they're switching to a subscription model to grow their revenue, like 90% of companies are doing, I'll look for an alternative.

I have been using software since 1982 on an Atari 400/800 and it used to be that I bought some software, got a CD and a key and I could use that software for as long as I wanted as long as I saved I can either use an online model like Steam so that I can take all my software with me when I switch to a new computer without having to pay for it all over again. My total expenditures on software applications over the years have exceeded $12,000. I know this because I have added up what I have spent. People like me will BUY a GOOD piece of software, so long as the software can be used the way we see fit, if the software companies put out a GOOD PRODUCT with good support.

Since it's release in 2017, I have been satisfied For each item, I am printing a page with a picture. Apparently, after upgrades the format I was using disappeared and I haven't been able to access my email There is no response to e-mails. There is no customer support available when I check. I hope there is a solution to my problem because I am 3/4 complete on my John B. W.

In many months, the system has not been able to load images to each item. You will not receive support from us. The system used to perform this function but has since ceased to do so.
