H&R Block Tax Software Basic 2020 with 3.5% Refund Bonus Offer (Amazon Exclusive) [PC Download]

Customers have so many issues that there is no customer service. It is impossible to speak to anyone about these issues. Downloading and installing software from Amazon is not going to activate your paid for activation code, even when you buy it and need to download and install it on another computer. What a shocker. There's no way for me to use it on more than one PC - If there is a problem with the machine, may God help me. The previous year, I was able to get it for both machines. It NEVER makes sense to me that the number of dependents in the software is wrong every time we use it. I know everyone with this software doesn't have dependents. The second is. My parents are 80 years old and I use this project to help them with their taxes. Unfortunately this year the efile system gives them an error because of a code they entered. According to R Block's help agent, the IRS has no idea it's valid (but R Block doesn't). In spite of the fact they have filed jointly and always have, the rejection still requires my Mom's AGI to be entered/corrected. 3

My laptop running Windows 10 is equipped with the 2020 edition, which I downloaded and installed. Electrification of the filing process is not an option. This software generates different refund amounts every time I use it, and it contains multiple errors. My money is gone and I wanted it HR has been my work horse for over a decade now, so it was a waste. I will not repeat it. A software program has reported to me that I am due a FICA refund for contributions exceeding the maximum, but this is false. The maximum amount of FICA I can earn was less than the maximum. When I cannot trust any of the information in this software because it provides false information on basic parts of a return, how can I trust it? Turbotax is the company I am switching to.

I have been very happy with the support and information provided by H&A Tax preparation software by H&R Block. I find the H&R Block website to be a simple and fast service.

Our taxes are quite complicated, and I have found that the H&R Block website simplifies the process a lot. *This software can also import previous year tax returns from Turbo Tax.

All of these issues can be handled by the R Block Basic Tax Package. Withdrawals from IRAs with a basis are dealt with by it as well. This is a great software, I highly recommend it.
