The procedure for updating the software required downloading and installing It worked, I did it. Upon downloading, I find that it opened a blank window and hung when I clicked on it. No license number was prompted for me. Trying to disarm my Windows firewall, I thought maybe it was blocking Turbotax from communicating with some activation server, but that did not help. I tried creating a new activation server, but that didn't work either. Would anyone like to make a suggestion?.

HR Block was my software of choice for more than a decade, but one year their software had a critical bug regarding Obamacare, and I was unable to use it to submit my return, despite having paid over $100 for it early and thus being In the end, I had to switch to TurboTax, and I am so glad This software is much more intuitive and has a lot more information provided within it, which may help you better understand certain things within it.
