Honestly, when I received these, I was really disappointed with their quality. My rabbit loves bamboo and this was a larger package (higher count), but I was extremely disappointed with the quality when they arrived. The bamboo rods were not nice and smooth like the Dvirroi Natural Sweet Bamboo Chews I previously bought. Instead, they were broken, hollow and dry. There were a few sticks that were not fresh and I found myself wanting It's a very disappointing experience. The image can be zoomed in by rolling the mouse over it.
It is great value for the price. Bamboo sticks have been our only chew product for the past six months. Our spoiled, picky, two-year old dog believes it to be a great product. I feel like they're more healthy with less sugar than many other treats available, and they're not made from puffed rice or other simple carbs. I was really happy to receive the reviews and recommendations when I read them. My first impression was that they were discolored (black spots along the surface) and broken apart. They were extremely hard, and there were so many splinters in them. All of the stuff in the bag had to be tossed. Looking forward to a good batch was really important to me.
