Questions & Answers

When it comes to the pan, how deep is it?

There is something to note here. As the pan is sloped at an angle, you'll have to take that into account if you plan to use it to house guinea pigs and make fleece bedding for them. Essentially, the true dimensions of the base are 19" by 47" by 7". It is 5 inches (sloped).

What if a pair of rats were to use it?

Located in this cage are my guinea pigs. While I had guinea pigs at the same time as rats, I was also an avid mouser. This cage seemed designed to accommodate my racks, as each female rat was able to get through it with no problem. Eventually, this became a problem when the rats began to try and get into the guinea pig enclosure and the guinea pigs started trying to attack the rats. Keeping them caged as tightly as possible and very carefully supervising them meant we had to remove as much access as possible. I am not sure what the chances are that large male rats could get through, but it would be risky as motivated rats are often

Does it have an easy cleaning process?

A large version of the document is in my possession. The xl is almost ready to be purchased. I think this cage is great. find the top to be very useful because it opens completely. Cleaning is much easier due to the easy access. There is one complaint I have On the cage floor is a raised honey comb pattern. A clean floor can't be achieved by wiping.

We have trained our rabbit to use the litter box This cage is large enough to enable a corner litterbox to be installed?

In my XL cage, I have a regular cat litter pan. A lower side is around the pan on every side. My disabled bunny is in need of a potty so I cut a hole in the front of her pan so she can easily get to it. There are probably 18 inches between the ends of my litter tray pan. Exactly what I was looking for.

Do you need a larger or smaller size? You just need to go It's amazing how this cage works! owned a collection of cages for small animals, ranging from ones that cost 500 dollars to ones that cost 50 dollars
5/5

Taking a look at the price, I think this is a phenomenal deal! In the beginning, the large cage was bought for our two little piglets. This cage was very good for them when they were little. Their growth led them to fling poop when they ran around and they simply required more space as they grew. Since we liked the large so much in terms of its price, durability, ease of cleaning, and accessories, we chose to keep the larger This is a cage I wish I had bought from the beginning! The room is amazing, and for the price, the price cannot be beat! This cage is a bit more difficult to clean due to its size, but overall much easier to use than other cages I have owned. It's taller on the sides of the XL! Now we don't have to worry about poop flying over the sides of the toilet. Make sure you don't make the same mistake I did when deciding what size to get! Now that I have the xl, I'm very happy. Your time is well spent! This is a super easy to assemble set that is exceptionally Rather than just sliding open, this door has a small bar that you lift up and over when you push it open so that no one will be able to escape. It still works like the day we got it after 1 year of using the large cage! This cage is awesome!.

There is nothing better than this cage! I tried it all

You can trust me on that. I'd like to share some of the nightmares and hassles I went through in the process of finding this perfect cage for our Guinea pigs so that maybe it can help others looking for the perfect cage. To begin, we started with those usual pet store cages, the ones everyone tells you are too small and you wonder then, how come they don't make ones that are larger? So I used that guinea pig for about a month. About a month after that we got another one for my other daughter and that's when I realized In search of the perfect cage, we got started. After hearing about these remarkable cages called C&C, we became curious It refers to cages in the form of C. My friend and I looked at making a cage and what is on the market, but I wasn't quite convinced. As a result of extensive research, I chose to believe everyone who raves about the C&C We bought a C cage for $150 and a C&C for $150 Using 50 dollars to buy a C-cage, 50 dollars to buy piggy bedding hammocks and shelters, another 50 dollars of fleece, and another 20 dollars for puppy pads was not enough. We tried fleece, but the piggies only wanted it under the cage. Although the bulldog clips did not lock them in, the coroplast bottom is just cheap plastic cardboard that can be wiped clean, but when your teaching your kids responsibility and they can't do it on their own, and it takes 2-1/2 hours to clean it, it's frustrating. had to be put under the fleece in order to get it in place, and when it gets really bad, they have to yank out anything that got under the fleece and causes a mess. Kids had difficulty doing it, so I took care of it instead. It takes me an hour to clean a cage twice a week, and that's an hour I don't have each day because I have kids to raise, the house to clean, cooking to do, driving to do, etc. The C cage is one of the most flimsy things in existence, even when zip tied together. So on one particularly bad day, when no one bothered to clean it, and they started arguing about who was better at cleaning it, and how it is impossible to do alone, and my mom stepped in and did it for me again, I knew we had to get rid of this. As soon as I finished the first cage, I started a second one. The second time around, I already knew which parts worked, which stayed clean, and which parts were a complete disaster. The midwestern cages I saw were the ones that could be connected to one another. It was tempting to go that route, but what about Since those are flannel lined, they would become stained and gross in no time unless of course the adult is willing to take the time to clean the cage every other day, so we still had to use that darn fleece I mentioned being a pain In this way, I kept searching. It took me a while to find this, to debate it, and to pray that it would be the answer after having invested so much money into what should be fairly inexpensive pets teaching After it was delivered I quickly tossed the old pain pills and ice packs The C cage took 15 minutes to assemble. My 14 year old son, who enjoys building things, put this cage together. You'd probably agree that setting it up was so simple? I will move on to the cage, it is good quality and the bottom is a nice style cage With the top off, you can either A) use the shop vacuum to suck away all the paper bedding that we decided to use or B) you can take it to the trash and throw it away. bottom of the cage is made of plastic isn't that nice? If you're inclined to do it, spray it with cleaner, such as bleach, then wash the thing with your hose. Once it's clean, drop in new bedding and you're done. My kids enjoy doing it even though it is so easy. If you find yourself in my shoes needing to find the perfect cage, I hope this helps you!.

This is an awesome cage! Honestly, I am in love with it! Please visit https//www

usa. gov/ The update for the half-year of 2018. It's still one of my favorite cages! The height has been used to make levels with a ramp for access, which I have modified a lot. You can watch the video here! This is the cage I have been wanting for a long time! I can't get enough of it! If there had been a C&aposs then that would have been better It would take up space in my house to install a C cage. I love the size of the cage for my two guinea pigs! There is plenty of room to run around! It is too small for them to use the shelf so I drape a fleece throw over it so the pigs stay warm when they are in there. I can pull it up to check on them if necessary. Once they grow (at this point, they are babies)

The cage instructions will allow you to use it as a platform as they grow. Although I can see why some people have commented that the instructions are confusing, I found it to be pretty easy to follow. As frustrating as it was to put all the cage sides up without a side falling down, filling in the cage was the next step. During the first few minutes, it was quite comical! There doesn't appear to be anything dangerous about everything. I have noticed that my dogs have taken to them when they move around or squeak. They have pushed on the cage and it hasn't caused any problems.

I am not able to use the hay holder. The hay bag I will sew for them will be In addition to being messy, it does not fit on the side of the cage well enough for all the hay to be contained within. This water bottle is junk, and I suggest you either just use it and make sure you have a way to keep it on the cage, or that you buy a bottle that'll work better (I bought one! *)
I ended up purchasing a cheap coffee table from Amazon that had similar dimensions and for the cage, I used industrial velcro to attach it to the top of the table and added casters so I could roll it around easily. If you are looking for a home for your pet, I recommend this cage 100% to you!.
