It was my first hamster. I had no idea what it was. As it is a dwarf and very small, I thought it would be good enough to use as a first one. Learning how to care for the baby and watching videos of him on the internet taught me that his cage is exactly like a prison cell. When you are cleaning your cage or traveling, you can use this as a temporary solution The home is not intended for a long-term stay. Reading up on how to care for a hamster has made me feel better about how mine is doing. He has been much nicer and more active since he moved into a proper cage.

Please visit https//www. usa. gov/ The cage is made of plastic, so I wish some of the plugs and grooves were more resilient (so that my hamster does not have access to anything to chew on) . The plugs and grooves are a bit flexible as they appear to be. A week after we bought it, Honey chewed straight through one, and the cage comes without replacements (even if it did, the opening would no longer work because Honey chewed through both. On top of the cage, there was a plug like this. The plastic surrounding it and the piece itself were chewed up so that no other piece would fit. It was basically useless, so I had to come up with a creative solution or toss it. (See video) I bought tunneling and stuck it through the hole. There was no other way to fix the problem.

It is important to know that a hamster needs at least 450 square inches of floor space, and this cage falls well below the recommended size. In the past, I made the mistake of purchasing this cage before I knew that, so now I'm trying to keep others from making the same mistake.
From now on, I recommend buying a large bin, because they are much cheaper and larger. It doesn't even fit together properly because the pieces are out of place. I had not seen the mouse for 30 minutes when it escaped. The effort to put this together has proven to be a nightmare. Despite its cheap and flimsy construction, the pieces cannot be matched. Since the instructions are for a different version of the product, the color coding for the pieces has no place and is a bit This mouse trap opens easily and is so flimsy that I'm afraid that it will escape. Changing cages might be a wise decision.

It comes with a hidden bed hideaway incorporated into the top. My mice don't have to be scared to be changed as the bedding is easily changed without disturbing them. Once they are closed in the hide away, you open the lid and then remove them. The cage is very easy to get into for yourself, so you can do whatever you like with it. IS NOT built into the top of the lid it is a removable item that can be lifted out. I love it! 1) it's similar to a comic book Taking your pet on vacation. *. *. *. An excellent design was made for the wheel. I think it would be a draw for my mice. It's a decent size, and they are able to run around not having to worry about running into this.
