This was ordered for two puppies one is a boxer that weighs 60 pounds, the other is a dachshund mix that weighs 40 pounds. The dogs get along pretty well together, but I didn't want to confine them to the same crate, nor did I want to place them in two Due to the fact that the container has two crates inside, it was perfect. There is no need for me to worry about leaving them inside because it is sturdy. I found the assembly to be quite easy. Putting everything together took me only 20 minutes, from reading the instructions to having a finished product. Oops. Fast shipping as well! I ordered it on Tuesday late afternoon and received it on.

There's nothing to worry about
5/5

The two trays in my box were broken/cracked when I opened it. If the entire package was $200, you would think that everything would be in optimal condition. So I got the cage up and running. Putting it together was very easy, and I did it on my own. To my surprise, it was very easy to bend back some wires that had gotten twisted. This collar is perfect for my Yorkie, but a tight fit for my American Bulldogs. If someone could let me know about the trays (for my yorkie with the same name anyways), I'd really appreciate it. For the price I paid, I had high expectations, and the cage was just a little short of meeting The clip that holds the chains doesn't come with the actual chain to lock it, only a clip to hold them. A recent update A representative from Homey Pets reached out, and the broken tray has been replaced. Unlike previous cages, this one does not come with a chain lock.

If they could make it better I would greatly appreciate it, but without the time to send it back, it is not possible

You expect a product to be good and new, but there was damage to it. Purchasing something and expecting that to be the case does not make sense.

The performance wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either

This three tiered setup is what we ordered. One piece was bent at the factory on two of the tiers. It did not appear to have been damaged in shipping, and other pieces were sandwiched around the bent piece. As well, the floor is not mesh but more akin to a grate with slots. In this case, the problem is that the tags would slip through the grate and be twisted and caught during the process. Ensure that this unit is well anchored to the wall to keep it from tipping over. Besides that, this unit does its job satisfactorily, although I would have expected a little better quality for something that costs that much.

Until now, the building has been manufactured shoddily and with bent framing
3/5

In summary, this is a shoddy product and a poor package. The first thing I did was order the cage, then discovered that it was the wrong cage, should have been the bottom cage, and I got the top It is important to contact the seller to make sure that you are ordering the correct model number as the description is incorrect. It is straight out of the box, but the cage bars are bent. In total, six bent bars were bent. After full assembly, bent back to as close to normal as we could, but still noticeable. As a result, the screw holes on the frame had to be bent to line up. Lowe's was the place we went to get better grade screws to make sure that the cage stays together. A grate at the bottom of the cage doesn't sit level with the railing on the right side. At this point, the cage is fully assembled so we have no choice but to deal with the railing. We have tried to bend and tweak it but it will not budge. Considering that the cage cost nearly $240, I would have expected it to be of higher quality and easier to assemble. I'm not happy about it, but at this point I'm not going to take a 60 lb cage apart and return it. We recommend that you carefully consider all your options before buying this cage unless you're willing to accept the cost and issues associated with it.

I have 2 small dogs, each weighing less than 10 pounds, 1 of which suffers from terrible separation anxiety
5/5

I would highly recommend the product and the customer service. In order to maintain their segregation, two crates were ordered. The anxious one and the calm one can be placed next to each other, but separate from each other to avoid any issues. When I realized I ordered three crates instead of one, my first problem was solved. Although I don't know how I managed to do that, I was confused between all the research I conducted and seeing the same pictures on the site. In an Amazon App message, I informed the company about the order and received an immediate reply confirming I had ordered three When I explained what I needed, they offered to submit a recall for the other two crates and deduct that cost from my refund or to deliver the crates and have me ship them back and pay the shipping cost. Then I researched both options and messaged the seller again about the cost of issuing the recall - a quick response this time - but still need more information. The shipping cost was WAY less expensive than I would have been able to get if I had shipped them back myself, not to mention the hassle of having to ship 2 large heavy boxes down. They delivered the correct item and I didn't have any problems with the delivery. I was afraid they'd deliver the wrong one, but they got it right. Despite the fact that one bar in the front was bent, the crate arrived in excellent condition. This was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't atrocious. Both of us spent about 20 minutes on the task Putting this together takes 30 minutes There is definitely room for improvement in the directions There are not many simple explanations for them Though the instructions are so minimal, you can figure out how to do it even if they are a bit difficult to follow. Over the course of a few days, I have kept my dogs in crates during the day. A very anxious dog, who chewed the bars off of 3 previous crates and was able to open another crate's latch, has been safely contained. ONLY thing that is wrong now is that he figured out how to pull out the middle divider. Once again, I received an instant reply when I messaged the company Despite the fact that the divider does not have a secure method to secure it, they told me to try zip ties and I will try them even though the dogs seem fine together. At the moment, I just slide the divider into place when they are eating. It's just a matter of getting it to the house of my pet sitter when I'm out of town when I'm traveling. Due to its inability to collapse, it gives it the extra strength I need so I guess that I will get pretty good at taking it apart, at least in parts, and reassembling it. This program has a variety of features which are particularly useful The bowl stands on four legs With the water dishes, you can easily take them out, change their location, etc. The feeding door can also be easily removed and changed, etc. without leaving any holes behind or anything for the dog to chew on or gnaw on/use to break through. I am still very happy with the product and I am super happy with the customer service.

The slide out tray beneath the metal cage bottom - it's so convenient! The dog's messes are easier to clean up when the dog is doing its business. Crates are kept cleaner and more hygienic when the living area is kept clean. There are carabiner clips included with the door latches - they can be used to clip items to the door handles. In my opinion, many companies would decide to do without this very useful detail. It is the divider that attracted me most to this crate, which is one of the reasons I chose it, although I wish it could be secured in an official manner / using the same hardware that is used for the rest of the crate. I was very satisfied with the value for the money and the customer service was above and beyond.
