Will a cat be able to wear this small collar?

Yes, if the cat is willing. It's about an 8 on the smallest setting. 5" in diameter. If at all possible, we recommend that you measure your cat first.

The lengths of each size are not specified. My dog's neck measures 13 1/2 inches in length - I'm not sure if I should get a small or a medium. Thanks. ?

It was a waste of money

My black and white tuxedo cat, who weighs 10 pounds, has a houndstooth collar. The plastic parts were large, bulky, hard, and ridged, and I would not use them on my animal because they would cause him pain and discomfort. The D ring was far too large and heavy for a cat, despite the fact that it was described as such. I believe this collar would cause neck pain in a dog. The black and white houndstooth webbing was particularly appealing to me. I tossed it in the garbage.

So many compliments, and such a good price! I bought this dog collar for my dog out of pride, and I get a lot of compliments on it! Over the last two years, it's held up remarkably well

It's been 5 months and there isn't much dirt on it. There are no issues. It's hard to go wrong for $10!.

I bought this collar for my dog and it broke out in hives in less than 24 hours. As a result, a trip to the veterinarian is required. I can't think of anything else that could have caused this, so I'll give it a two-star rating.

This is a fantastic dog collar! The plaid is lovely, and I've only ever seen this pattern before on much more expensive collars. In addition, the quality is excellent. I would strongly suggest it. The seller was very flexible.

The pattern (PDX carpet) is appealing to me. It appears to be very sturdy and will accommodate my puppy's growth well. It's very appealing, and I've only been using it for a few weeks. I'll update my review if my thoughts change.

My dog's skin is extremely sensitive, and she developed a rash as a result of this. I'm not sure if it was because of this product, or because of something she ate. So keep your eyes peeled for the following: ) I adore it, and she is constantly complimented on it. When she first saw herself in the mirror after I put it on, she had such a cute reaction.

The collar is larger than it appears in the photo, but it is still a cute design. Although it appears to be a small cat collar in the photo, it is actually a small dog collar that is clumsy. I'm not sure if it's because I didn't double-check the measurements, but the cat doesn't seem to mind.
