Questions & Answers

Is this just calcium in its purest form? I don't want the D3 to be in it! ?

Yes, the image indicates that it is deficient in Vitamin D3.

Is it okay for aquatic snails to eat this?

It is not something I would do. I'm a saltwater fanatic, just in case you're interested. Why are you attempting to provide calcium to your snails?

When was the last time you used something?

My container, which I ordered on July 17, has a 2/20 expiration date. However, I'm not convinced that date has any practical significance - the non- The D3 version, which I have, is nothing more than calcium carbonate powder, which is the same substance that forms the scale on your bathroom fixtures. It's extremely stable, and as long as you keep it dry, it should last for many years to come.

She became terribly ill after using D3, but she seemed to be fine after using other brands
5/5

My bearded dragon doesn't get sick from this calcium powder! br>br>Calcium is essential for any reptile's health, and I was having a hard time finding one that was right for Rhyssa. D3 made her nauseous, and she didn't care for the taste of other brands that didn't contain D3. This one will do (as long as her vegetables aren't too white)! The top tabs can be difficult to pull back, which is my only complaint. While one side is sprinkling, the other is actually opening the bottle. I usually end up with a layer of powder on the counter, which is simple to remove. This is an excellent product.

All leopard gecko keepers will appreciate this product
5/5

This tub of calcium without D3 is perfect for keeping in your leopard gecko's tank, and it will last you a lifetime. I keep a milk cap full of this calcium in my gecko's tank, which I replace every two weeks. I've had this product for a little more than a year and I'm still not finished with it. All leopard gecko keepers will love this!.

It is possible that it will become chunky
4/5

Good product. Not too grainy, but might be a tad too fine. If you keep it in a slightly more humid place (40% or higher is my guess), the particles start% This can be easily remedied by slamming the particles together with a blunt instrument.

Turtle that is both happy and picky
5/5

Wiz (my turtle) didn't like it at first. He eventually ate it after it was left in his tank. br>It's been three weeks, and he's already aware that he won't get any shrimp or strawberries until he eats three pounds of shrimp and strawberries. 5 turtle pellets with calcium coating. br>His swimming has improved, and he appears to be in better spirits.

Our Leopard Gecko has given his seal of approval! We recently acquired a leopard gecko and required calcium powder
4/5

Before giving him his meal worms, my daughter soaks them in calcium. He doesn't seem to mind the taste and has been happily munching on his calcium-coated worms. I just wish there was a simpler way to accomplish this! To remove the worms from the container and coat them in powder, we use a pair of tweezers. The worms move around enough to make a mess on occasion.

The food is simple to consume
5/5

It appeals to me because it is soft and fluffy, and it appears to be simple to consume. It's not chalky in the least. It's no problem for my beardie to eat it. I add it to her salad as a finishing touch.

It does its job and arrives on time; it was delivered on time and fulfills its purpose
5/5

It's for my leopard gecko, to be precise. It's as simple as putting it in a cap and leaving it in their cage. When they're in need, they lick it. Although there was powder around the rim, possibly from production, the seal was on it, which I always check for. There was also a spoon that wasn't in the Zoomed Calcium with D3 but was perfectly fine. Oh, and this seller also contacted me to express gratitude for my purchase, which is something I've never experienced with Amazon before!.

Approved by the tortoise
5/5

This is one of the best calcium supplements on the market, and the absence of d3 makes it ideal for animals who are exposed to UVB on a regular basis. I appreciate the lack of chemicals and artificial "ingredients" found in many restaurants. My tortoise eats his vegetables even if they are coated in calcium because it sticks to them well.
