Yes, if your reptile is an herbivore, sprinkle it on vegetables and fruit, and if your reptile is a carnivore, sprinkle it on crickets and rodents. It's the best calcium powder on the planet, and it works in both directions. Exceptionally high-end.

Miner- All of it is human-grade calcium powder, and it's what people "in the know" use, such as professional breeders and others. br>br>Don't poison your reptiles/amphibians with oyster shell calcium powders, such as Rep-Cal. Cal and Reptical are two words that come to mind when I think of Cal and Reptical According to scientific studies, oyster shells contain mercury, lead, arsenic, and other toxic heavy metals. What you pay for is exactly what you get. Don't be a slacker when it comes to your finances.
This is a good fit for my critters. I like how it's designed so you don't have to switch between two calcium supplements (one with D3 and one without). It coats well, smells pleasant, lasts a long time, and, most importantly, does not irritate my picky bearded dragon. I tried Repashy Calcium Plus for a while because it eliminates the need for weekly vitamin supplementation, but my dragon has a hard time eating anything with Repashy in it. With his tongue, he'll smell it and then move away.
This product appeals to me because it adheres well to the surface and is simple to use. It's nice to see that it now has a time limit. br>More information has been added: I used to raise Jackson's chameleons when I first started using this product. On the young developing males, the vet noticed a difference in horn growth. I explained that it was because of the switch to Miner- All in all, he was taken aback by the significantly improved growth. I was sold on this product after seeing the difference, and I've been using it ever since.
When we dusted our beardie with calcium, he started refusing his bugs and greens. On a forum, someone suggested that this powder might entice him a little more. It was a huge success. He's no longer a thorn in our side, and the powder has a berry-like scent to it. He had a vet visit yesterday as well, and he received a clean bill of health, so this is providing him with the calcium he requires!.
Bearded dragons prefer crickets that have been coated with this to those that have not. He didn't like the zoo med reptical powder I gave him - I tried a few crickets that had been coated in reptical and spit them out. I had a hard time convincing him to eat crickets, and he would much rather eat millworms. He now prefers crickets that have been coated in miner- all.
The is, without a doubt, the best. It's a simple calcium and vitamin supplement. This stuff adheres to the skin better than anything else I've tried. Repashy makes one of my bearded dragons twitch, but she's fine here.
Once a week, I use this product on my tortoises. They seem to enjoy it and are unconcerned about the power that comes with it.
It sticks to dubia roaches much better than the other brands I've tried. I intend to purchase again.
